А mathematical model for the on-line control of the implementation of scientific-technical and innovation projects in the branches of agriindustrial complex is a set of linear limitations which describe all possible reasonable requirements arising during solution of the problem being considered.
For the solution of this multi-criterion problem the method is offered which is based on «convolution» of the vector criterion into the single, generalized one.
Three methods of the convolution of criteria are offered (depending on the approach to the distribution of the dedicated limited means) and their formalized description are offered.
In all the cases considered the distribution of financial means is reduced to the problem of linear programming. It is shown that for the branches of agriindustrial complex the dimension of the corresponding problems of linear programming is quite moderate.
Математическая модель для оперативного управления реализацией научно-технических и инновационных проектов в отраслях АПК представляет собой совокупность линейных ограничений, которые описывают все возможные обоснованные требования, возникающие при решении рассматриваемой задачи.Для решения этой многокритериальной задачи предлагается метод, основанный на "свертке" векторного критерия в единый, обобщенный.Предложено три метода свертки критериев (в зависимости от подхода к распределению выделенных ограниченных средств) и дано их формализованное описание.Во всех рассмотренных случаях распределение финансовых средств сводится к задаче линейного программирования. Показано, что для отраслей агропромышленного комплекса размерность соответствующих задач линейного программирования весьма умеренная.
