摘要
The efficiency of the complex technology of refrigerated storage of tomatoes, pepper, spinach with the use of physical processing methods (accelerated electrons) and polymer packages is studied. The inhibition of phytopathogenic microflora, reduction of losses from spoilage, loss of weight, increase of microbiological safety and prolongation of terms of storage of production in 1,5-2 times are noted. With the use of complex technology with the use of recommended doses of ionizing radiation (1-3 kGy), the effectiveness of using domestic polymer materials from PA / PE and PE for packing has been revealed to maintain the gas environment and create conditions for antiseptic treatment. The absence of changes in the packaging material after treatment with ionizing radiation in the dose range 1-3 kGy was noted.
