Abstract

Цель статьи - сравнить воду как хладагент (R718) с другими традиционными рабочими веществами для теплового насоса с температурой кипения 90 оС и температурой конденсации 130 оС. Сравнение базируется на экологических потенциалах ODP и GWP, безопасности (токсичности и воспламеняемости), холодильном коэффициенте (СОР) холодильного цикла и параметрах цикла, таких как расход, отношение давлений и температура нагнетания компрессора. В рамках данного исследования разработана модель для расчета СОР, рабочих давлений, температуры нагнетания и объемной производительности компрессора. В таких высоктемпературных процессах сжатия перегрев на нагнетании очень важен и может быть уменьшен посредством специальной инжекции для того, чтобы температура на входе в конденсатор стала равной температуре насыщения. Среди изученных рабочих веществ вода представляет собой наилучший вариант, но новый «водяной» тепловой насос требует разработки нового компрессора.
