Abstract
The article deals with the perspectives of the gas bearings use. Several engineering areas were formed where the application of gasfilm lubricated bearings was considered as rational: micro turbines for distributed energy systems, cryogenic engineering, turborefrigerating aggregates and expanders. It is important in two last cases that gases and products to be refrigerated should be not contaminated by oil lubrication. The history of the contactless gas bearings development, the practice of their design, an appropriate classification and the calculation methods are examined. Basic data on typical constructive solutions at the gas bearings design are cited. The advantages of the hybrid gas bearings combining the merit of gasodynamic and gasostatic bearings are examined. It is shown that the application of the hybrid gas bearings allows getting over the main disadvantage of refrigerating machines and expanders equipped with the leaftype and foil gasodynamic bearings that is an insufficient capacity due to a low loadcarrying capacity. Modelirovanie i analiz energosberegayushchey sistemy na baze absorbtsionnoy bromistolitievoy kholodil'noy mashiny dlya ustanovok razdeleniya vozdukha
Abstract
To produce liquid and gaseous industrial gases the air separation plants (ASP) are used. High energy cost that defines a primecost of produce is typical for the ASP. Due to this fact the problem of energy supply at operation of such plants is topical as well as of great practical importance. The implementation of energy saving technologies allows reducing the cost and improving the quality of products produced. The air separation plant KzhKzh0,04 (Astrakhan) was the object to investigate. The Astrakhan oxygen station of “Kislorod”, closed corporation, is equipped with two KzhKzh0,04 ASP to supply in part the enterprises of the Astrakhan region with liquid oxygen. The results of the industrial experiment carried out on the equipment operating in 2010-2013 were analyzed. As a result an energy saving system based on an absorption lithium bromide refrigerating machine (ABRM) was offered. The analysis of efficiency of the energy saving system was carried out on the basis of modeling with elaboration of the program “Analysis of power efficiency of an air separation plant using ABRM”. The efficiency of the energy saving system operation may be defined at wide range of external parameters change. Abstract
The initial thermal state of raw material impacts considerably on the meat quality and its mass losses at defrosting. When defrosting boneless meat pieces and blocks in vaporair medium differential conditions of defrosting are used depending on the methods of meat freezing (in freshkilled state or after refrigeration). A preliminary tempering of raw material is provided to defrost freshkilled frozen meat. Nevertheless up to now there is no method good for control to identify meat thermal state before freezing (freshkilled or cooled) during production. The authorsdevelopers describe in the paper the simple and quick method of identification of meat thermal state before freezing based on defining the optical density of extracts of free nucleotides obtained from meat at different thermal state. The base of identification of meat frozen in freshkilled state or after refrigeration is the determination of the composition and content of free nucleotides in frozen meat. The results of investigation of meat frozen in freshkilled state and after refrigeration obtained using two methods that were highperformance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and spectrophotometry, showed that there were no significant difference between data obtained by these two methods. The production control showed that the method elaborated might be used for distinguishing the meat thermal state before freezing. Sovershenstvovanie tekhnologii khraneniya plodoovoshchnoy produktsii
Abstract
The article examines the results of works on optimization of the technology of fruits and vegetables transportation and storage under refrigeration conditions using systems of the continuous cold chain “fieldconsumer” (CCC). The perspective methods and conditions of prerefrigeration (using air, cryogenic agent, iceslurry etc.) as well as the role of species features of the vegetable raw material when choosing regulations of stages of the CCC were defined. The author paid attention to creating multivariant solutions of the technology of fruits and vegetables storage in modified atmosphere including the use of domestic polymeric packages with gas selective membranes. The efficiency of using cryogenic agents as well as carbon dioxide ice and nitrogen refrigeration systems at the stages of the CCC was considered. It was revealed that the quality of soft berries was kept better in containers refrigerated with carbon dioxide ice, but the quality of solid skin berries and fruits (for example plums) was kept better at liquid nitrogen system using. The analysis of perspective trends to process fruits and vegetables using ionizing radiation (gammarays, accelerated electrons) is given. The analysis of prospective trends of using the ionizing radiation processing of fruits and vegetables (gammarays, accelerated electrons) together with refrigeration processing and modified atmosphere to inhibit a pathogenic microflora, to regulate after harvest maturation processes, to reduce losses due to mass decrease and spoiling is given. The method also gives the possibility to prevent the formation of aflatoxins. The domestic technologies developed for refrigeration, transportation and storage of fruits and vegetables allow increasing the CCC efficiency and accordingly reducing losses of the fruit and vegetable produce 3-10 times.
