Dinamika okhlazhdeniya rabochego veshchestva v vakuumnosublimatsionnoy kholodil'noy ustanovke
Abstract
An alternative mode of generation of low temperatures that may be called nearcryogenic ones (from -90 to -120 оC) is described. A constant toughening of legislation in the sphere of refrigerants circulation necessitated the use of refrigerating machines operating on natural working substances to generate a large range of temperatures. To supply cold at abovenamed temperatures at small needed refrigeration capacity it is offered to use the carbon dioxide sublimation at vapors vacuum pumping in a vacuumsublimation plant. A mathematical model describing the process of cooing of a working substance solid mass is offered to forecast the dynamic characteristics of such a plant. The paper cites the results of numerical solution of the mathematical model and the experimental data as well.

O vazhnosti ucheta faktora L'yuisa v raschetakh protsessa isparitel'nogo okhlazhdeniya v apparatakh protivotochnogo tipa
Abstract
The author approach to calculation of the evaporation cooling process in the bank of tubes of apparatuses of refrigeration systems is presented. One of the particularities of the approach consists in the refuse of admission to be equal to the Lewis factor unit. It is established that the Lewis factor is a basic characteristic when analyzing the heat and mass exchange process; it allows explaining the character of the behavior of temperature and humid parameters of a waterair medium in the apparatus. The study carried out resulted in the offer to take into account the Lewis factor when calculating the coefficient of heat transfer from the wall outside towards the film of spraying water. Also it is offered to use the procedure based on taking into account enthalpies of humid air and spraying water in the apparatus as well as the information of the construction of the bank of tubes to define the quantity of heat transferred from a coolant (refrigerant) flowing in the coil of bank of tubes to a waterair mixture in the apparatus. The efficiency of organization of evaporation cooling processes in modern refrigeration systems was estimated.

Khladagenty gruppy GFO i ikh osobennosti
Abstract
The disposition of fluorine and hydrogen atoms in the double bond or on opposite sides of this double bond that obeys the CahnIngoldPrelog rules (precedence rule) is described. To obtain thermodynamic properties of refrigerants the experimental data of which are not available, Brown et al. offered to use the PengRobinson equation realized in REFPROР 8.0 program. lg P-h and T-S diagrams for HFO refrigerants R1234yf, R1234ze(E) and HFC refrigerants R407С, R134a, R404А are cited as an example. Thermophysical characteristics of R1234yf, R1234ze(E) are compared with those of R134a and R1233zd(E), R1336mzz(Z). The possibility to use the refrigerants of HFO class in refrigeration engineering and air conditioning systems to replace R134a is considered. It is noted that the cost of HFO refrigerants is rather high and today their offer in the refrigeration market is limited.

Sravnenie effektivnosti tsiklov teplovykh nasosov, rabotayushchikh na R450A i novoy smesi CO2, R32 i R134a
Abstract
The urgency of using and finding of new refrigerant mixtures is shown in the article. The vapor compression cycle on R450А and CO2, R32 and R134a mixture is compared. The method of comparison is cited, the obtained results are analyzed. The refrigerants above cited are compared in terms of ecology safety; the modeling of cycles using special program packages is carried out. The major graphic dependences and cycles parameters are presented. The direction of the subsequent work is identified.

Bezmaslyanyy turbodetander prirodnogo gaza na lepestkovykh gazodinamicheskikh podshipnikakh
Abstract
The paper describes an oilfree turboexpander for natural gas using leaf gasdynamic bearings designed for application in systems for natural or associated gas purification as well as for gas liquefaction. The turboexpander may be applied successfully in air separation plants. An original system of labyrinth sealing is offered, it ensures axial bearing unloading and so prolongs the turboexpander operating life, also it gives the possibility to regulate the mode of operation of the turbine stage at wide range of rotation frequency. The turbine setting is calculated using the real gas parameters that are typical for concrete gas fields; the expander model tests were carried out on an air test bench. A concise description of the test bench to run in the expander and the results of primary tests are cited. When carrying out research and development of this subject two dimensiontypes were offered: “little” and “large” series of expanders for different efficiency (from 600 to 4000 nm3/h) and capacity (13-88 kW).
