Abstract
The methods of a complex use of recuperated liquid carbon dioxide for foodstuffs cryoprocessing are offered. The scheme and description of a complex technological line of cryogenic processing using recuperated CO 2 are cited. The model of an apparatus for complex cryoprocessing of raw materials with the use of CO 2 in stages is offered and described in detail; several solutions for a more efficient apparatus operation are examined. The prospectivity to develop small high pressure regenerative refrigerating plants to supply cryogenic apparatuses with carbon dioxide is shown.
