Abstract
Waterpropylene glycol electrolyte solutions are used as coolants in such sectors of industry as refrigeration, food, oil and gas and for other applications. A method to calculate the freezing temperature of waterpropylene glycol solutions containing NaCl at the range of propylene glycol mass fraction from 15 to 40% was developed. The method was based on the assessment of the interaction between molecules of a mixed dissolvent; it supposed the determination of dissolvent physical and chemical characteristics such as active concentration, osmotic coefficients, cryoscopic constant and heat of fusion. These characteristics were defined by experimental (thermal) and calculation methods; besides active concentration, osmotic coefficients, cryoscopic constant, heat of fusion were defined for the first time. Using these parameters the values of freezing temperatures that agreed well with experimental ones were obtained by calculation.

Abstract
To regulate the gas composition in the chambers of cold storage of plant products, including apples, domestic and foreign researchers proposed various gasselective membranes based on fabric and polymer materials. They differ in the coefficient of variation, permeability, adhesion property, performance characteristics, selectivity and strength. This article is about a new composite membrane consisting of a substrate based on polyethylene terephthalate’s track membranes and a selective layer based on an organosilicon block copolymer with pore diameter of 0,2 µm and selectivity of 5,0 is used to store autumn apple varieties. The kinetic dependences of changes in the intensity of respiration and ascorbic acid on the duration of storage of autumn varieties of apples in a conventional and controlled atmosphere are established. Regression equations characterizing these dependencies are obtained. The rate constants of the pseudofirst order oxidation reactions of the reduced form of Lascorbic acid are determined. It is shown that during the storage of apples in a controlled atmosphere with a reduced oxygen concentration (up to 5,2 ± 0,1%) and an increased concentration of carbon dioxide (up to 3,6 ± 0,1%), physiologicalbiochemical processes are slowed, the biologically active substances are retained maximum quantity, the losses from microbial spoilage are reduced, and the storage time relative to control is increased by 1-1,5 months.

Effektivnost' obrabotki listovykh ovoshchey ioniziruyushchimi izlucheniyami
Abstract
For the purpose of inhibiting phytopathogenic microflora, reducing losses at storage as well as prolonging shelf life leaf vegetables are subjected to cobalt60 and cesium137 gammaray radiation or to accelerated electrons impact at ≤ 10 MeV quantum energy. In the paper a complex using ionized radiation, preferential film gastight packaging and cold storage is offered to impact on keeping capacity to prolong storage life. Spinach and arugula were chosen for research, they were packed in polypropylene bags, subjected to radiation and stored at 4...6 оС during 12 days. The dynamics of respiratory exchange and Ph depending on the dose and the radiation character as well as on the storage life in comparison with control specimens not subjected to radiation were investigated. It was noted that the treatment using ionized radiation and storage in polypropylene preferential gastight package formed the atmosphere at high СО2 content during shorter terms and maintained this atmosphere up to 5 days. The conditions of complex treatment of leaf vegetables for storage before realization providing inhibition of phytopathogenic microflora and prolonging their shelf life from 5 to 12 days were offered.
