The state of production and use of liquid carbon dioxide and dry ice in Russia
Abstract
Analysis of the state of production and use of carbon dioxide (CO2) in Russia is difficult due to the lack of official statistics. Nevertheless, some conclusions can be drawn based on the results of the work carried out by Dry Ice Plus LLC.
The study of reciprocating compressors at the department "Vacuum and compressor technology"
Abstract
Research and development of reciprocating compressors at the Department of Vacuum and Compressor Technology (E5) was carried out under the guidance of professors V.D. Lubents and P.I. Plastinin. The article considers only the results of research works carried out for the first time in Russia (USSR), which are of scientific novelty and of fundamental importance for the development of compressor engineering. Bauman, is a logical continuation of the anniversary article by K. E. Demikhov and P. I. Plastinin "Training of specialists and scientific schools of the department", published in the journal "Refrigeration Technology" No. 2 for 2001.
Oil separator of the circulation receiver of the ammonia refrigeration unit
Abstract
One of the important ways to increase the efficiency of ammonia refrigeration units (ACR), widely used in industry, is the creation of devices with a high degree of oil removal from the refrigerant, which can prevent it from entering the evaporative system.
New intersectoral rules on labor protection during the operation of freon refrigeration units
Abstract
The Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Labor of Russia) and the All-Russian Research Institute of the Refrigeration Industry (VNIHI) are issuing new “Intersectoral rules for labor protection during the operation of freon refrigeration units POT R M 015-2000” (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), approved and put into effect from 1 January 2001 by the Decree of the Ministry of Labor of Russia of December 22, 2000 No. 92.
Refrigeration system of branch No. 1 of CJSC Moscow Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant Ochakovo
Abstract
The demand for high-quality beer and non-alcoholic drinks of domestic production is currently not fully satisfied. It is especially large in the southern regions of the country. In this regard, CJSC “Moscow Beer and Non-Alcoholic Plant Ochakovo” decided to organize its branch No. 1 in Krasnodar. It is necessary to use artificial cold in the production of beer and soft drinks. According to the results of the tender, a comprehensive solution of refrigeration supply issues for Branch No. 1 (including design, equipment supply, installation supervision and commissioning) was entrusted to Electrostar CJSC.
With GEA Grasso refrigeration in the 20th century
Abstract
The world-famous company Grasso is a recognized leader in the production of screw and piston compressors, compressor units and refrigeration machines (chillers) based on them. Founded by engineer and inventor Willem Grasso in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, the company's history of more than 150 years has been marked by a relentless creative search for engineers, workers and specialists to ensure the advanced level of development and production of refrigeration compressors. The most important milestone in the development of Grasso was the entry in 1994 of the former Kühlautomat plant (Berlin) into its structure. The screw refrigeration compressors and units of the new generation currently manufactured at the Grasso plant in Berlin are based on many years of experience in the production of compressor units FMS3-900, FMS3-1800, F2MS3-2500, which have proven themselves well in Russia and around the world. The implementation of special technical solutions in new equipment is due to the peculiarities of its operation in Russian conditions. This applies, in particular, to the quality of cooling water, the possibility of using KhAZO refrigeration oil, and the requirements of the Gesgortekhnadzor of Russia. Grasso and its subsidiaries form the backbone of the German GEA Refrigeration Division. part of the mg technologes group, which includes more than 700 companies with an annual turnover of 7.5 billion euros, operating in 50 countries around the world, with a total number of employees exceeding 41 thousand people
