Abstract
The work is dedicated to the comparison of the domestic and foreign standard documentation in the field of maintaining the microclimate in data processing centers (DC). The paper examines admissible and optimal climatic ranges; also the analysis of trends to moderate requirements for the control accuracy of given climatic parameters in DPC was carried out. The study defines the algorithm of actions of a designengineer to choose correct calculation values of temperature, humidity and other parameters of the microclimate inside DPC. The most important steps when defining the calculation parameters that require the specific attention and qualification are marked out. It is shown that in spite of the foregrounding, the Russian design standards became oldfashion in comparison with foreign ones, as they were elaborated for application in data processing technique that differed principally from modern one as regards type and construction. Therefore the analysis of some foreign standards in this field as well as the research of recommendations in them were carried out with the aim to apply them in the projects of the Russian DPC to increase their manufacturability and saving energy that is needed for supplying the air conditioning systems in DPC.

Abstract
A comparison of CO2 transcritical cycles with conventional refrigerants cycles applied for cold supply of mercantile business using an entropy and statistical analysis was carried out. The comparison involved the degree of the thermodynamic perfection using the method of entropy and statistical analysis of refrigeration systems. The parameters adopted at refrigeration plants design were used as initial data. The paper cites basic circuits of refrigeration systems examined in the paper, formulae of calculation of minimal required work to compensate the entropy generation across the elements of a refrigeration machine. It is shown that the efficiencies of the conventional refrigerant (R404A) system with an economizer and the CO2 transcritical cycle system using an ejector are commeasurable. The analysis results allow determining the subsequent ways of refrigeration systems optimization among which a loss reduction from throttling, for example, using a replacement of it by ejecting.

Abstract
Water at near zero temperature is largely used in main industrial sectors. Conventional vaporcompression methods of cold water production impact negatively on the environment, they have low energy performances as well. So, the search of alternative methods of liquid cooling is a priority task all over the world. The paper examines a principal circuit of vacuumevaporating cooling of the water film flowing down on a developed surface. A mathematical model describing the liquid cooling process and allowing estimating the process time duration is given. A theoretical analysis gave the possibility to reveal the main parameters influencing the process efficiency.

Abstract
It is shown that in a real Stirling machine with losses from internal and external irreversibility there can be achieved optimal cooling temperature at which the degree of thermodynamic perfection becomes the maximum. Results of arrangement of various CGMs, including Stirling, working with the unsteady flow of the working fluid are considered. Place of the Stirling cryogenic machine family made in the considered systematization, which uses only the general thermodynamic features, is determined.

Ispol'zovanie digidrokvertsetina pri proizvodstve bystrozamorozhennykh myasorastitel'nykh izdeliy - zalog zdorovogo pitaniya
Abstract
During last years the demand in quick frozen meat products increased greatly that made urgent the elaboration of new kinds of such products with pronounced antioxidant properties aimed at longterm storage in a frozen state. When combining meat and vegetable raw materials the product at a high nutritive value is produced, and a natural antioxidant is introduced in them to level oxidation processes during meatvegetable products storage. A compounding of meatvegetable minced products using active natural antioxidants was grounded scientifically and experimentally as well. It was proven that there were no qualitative changes at longterm storage of meatvegetable minced products with antioxidants. The paper cites the dihydroquercetin and mustard powder properties as an object of a technological process. The study results obtained allow recommending the dihydroquercetin use in production of quick frozen meatvegetable minced products.
