Use of ducted air conditioners in different seasons of the year

Shishov V.V., Nikishin A.S., Mikhailov A.Y., Rakitin D.I.

Abstract

Recently, among air conditioners of medium power (about 20 kW), duct air conditioners have been widely used. This is primarily due to the fact that they can take in fresh air from the street, allowing at least partially solving the problem of ventilation and cooling the premises with outside air if its temperature is lower than the required temperature in the room. On the other hand, when ventilating the room during a hot period, when the outdoor temperature reaches 35 °C, the cooling capacity of the machine may not be enough to remove the heat load from the room and supply air. In this regard, an attempt was made to establish the optimal flow rate of outdoor air, depending on its temperature and humidity.

Problems of reducing the ammonia capacity of refrigeration plants

Sorokin S.S.

Abstract

In Russia, large refrigeration plants still operate mainly on ammonia. And today there is no alternative to this natural refrigerant: its ecological and technical and economic properties remain out of competition. Practical experience has shown that the use of ammonia is far from always explosive, since its ignition temperature is high (651 ° C), and the range of explosive concentrations in air (15-28% by volume) is quite narrow.

Evaluation of the prospects for the use of isobutane in household refrigeration equipment using the eco-thermo-economic method

Zhelezny V.P., Khlieva O.Y.

Abstract

The undoubted advantages of RI34a include its fire safety, which makes it possible to use effective methods for removing a layer of frost from the evaporator, and to increase the useful volume of the chambers. This increases the competitiveness of R134a household refrigeration.

Plate freezers

Abstract

The contact method of freezing, used in tile quick freezers, allows to reduce energy consumption and reduce its overall dimensions. Rapid low-temperature freezing preserves the original qualities of the frozen product (color, cell structure, weight). Foods frozen in plate freezers are regular blocks and are easy to pack. Plates of the apparatus are made of aluminum alloy suitable for contact with food products, all other elements of the plate apparatus are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
